As President of Investment Realty Homes & Loans, Johnny leads a full-service San Diego County brokerage built on a one-stop-shop approach — buying, selling, investing, and lending under one roof. He guides clients through residential and commercial transactions alike and works closely with investors and wholesalers on portfolio strategy and market analysis. His focus is making the process seamless for every client, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.

I specialize in helping people buy, sell, refi, and invest in commercial and residential real estate. I started off building my own real estate brokerage out of college, where I was building master lease contracts and acquiring sub-tenants. Commercial purchase, sale, and leasing were the majority of work for the first 9 years, with residential transactions here and there.

I then moved more focus into the residential space, writing contracts for investors and collaborating with wholesalers. I met Johnny Jamison through that network and became the broker for Investment Realty Homes & Loans in 2022. Since then I have acquired a Mortgage Loan Originator license and am able to better serve clients by being a one-stop-shop, representing their real estate and loan needs.
